Payment Policy

  1. - After placing the order, a minimum of 50% payment must be paid via acceptable means of payment.
  2. - Once the customer agrees and the requirement payment is made for specific order and Unialoy assigned experts to begin the task, in this situation the order cannot be cancelled and refunded.
  3. - Until payment or a deposit has been made and the Customer may choose to continue with the order or to cancel the order at any time.
  4. - After completing the task of a client, an extra 5% of the due amount will be charged if the client does not receive it within 30 days.
  5. - Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in BDT, will be accepted for payment.
  6. - The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  7. - Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
